Daniel Srourian is the compassionate leader of Srourian Law Firm, P.C. Mr. Srourian is deeply committed to serving the underserved in his community and has built his legal career on the belief that justice should be accessible to everyone, regardless of socioeconomic status, background, or influence. As a champion for the underrepresented, Mr. Srourian confronts systemic imbalances of power through litigation that not only seeks compensation for his clients but also drives broader accountability and reform. His work reflects a deep sense of responsibility to uplift those who are often overlooked by the legal system and to ensure that their voices are heard in courtrooms and beyond.

Mr. Srourian began his work in the class action arena in 2014, representing employees nationwide in wage and hour class actions for violations of the California Labor Code and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Since then, he has gained extensive litigation experience, having prosecuted approximately 200 wage and hour class actions to date, including conducting complex discovery and depositions.
Since beginning his legal career in 2013, Mr. Srourian has also conducted three trials. Notably, he secured a $1,541,000 verdict in one trial where the defendant’s top pre-trial offer was $450,000, and a $1,041,697 jury verdict in another case where the highest offer was just $30,000.

Mr. Srourian has been recognized by Super Lawyers from 2023–2025 and was previously named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2016–2022.
He earned his J.D. from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, where he was one of a select few to receive a full-tuition scholarship for academic and community excellence. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy.
Patrick joined the Srourian Law Firm in January of 2021 and represents clients in all areas of employment law including wage and hour class and representative actions.
Patrick has extensive experience handling wage and hour class and representative action lawsuits involving unpaid minimum and overtime wages, meal and rest break violations, unreimbursed business expenses, independent contractor misclassification, wage statement penalties, unfair competition, and civil penalties under the California Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA”). Patrick also has experience representing clients in wrongful termination matters and matters before the California Labor Commissioner.
Prior to joining the Srourian Law Firm, Patrick was an associate at an employment defense firm in the San Fernando Valley. While there, Patrick successfully resolved complex wage and hour class and representative action lawsuits and advised employers on wage and hour compliance by conducting audits and drafting policies and procedures. 2020 served as the turning point for Patrick as he witnessed the COVID-19 pandemic’s effects on employers’ wage and hour practices. With this experience, Patrick brings a unique perspective to his current practice that focuses on representing employees.
Patrick was selected to the 2019 and 2020 California Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers in the area of Employment & Labor. Patrick earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 2010. While at the McGeorge School of Law, Patrick served as Co-President of the Black Law Students Association. Patrick is a member of the John M. Langston Bar Association and Southern California Mediation Association. Patrick attended Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2006. He is licensed to practice before all state courts in the state of California.
